I am producing a short movie that will start shooting in sept. The movie is a dark comedy concerning the befiefs of the Westboro Baptist Church. The character I need to cast is the mother-in-law of a WBC member. The character blames her daughter-in-law for furthering her son's atheism and mucking up the gospel. I need an actress who clearly understands the attachment a mother can have to her child, along with the need to "destroy" bad influences. Someone who's sweet, but can turn frightful/hostile when brought to a point of no return! Think Betsy Palmer as Pamela Voorhees. If you get the role, The shoot will be two days, all in-doors.
